Mory was forged from our Pacific Northwest roots to fulfill a need for high quality, hand-crafted, thoughtful, and responsible furnishings.
Using the best materials available, we strive to create robust yet elegant work that is thoughtfully designed, can handle the rigor of any setting, and accommodate a variety functions. Our flagship product lines are built locally of solid wood and include the Shore modular storage system and Camber shelving and divider series.

Tyler Cufley
FOUNDER
A lifelong tinkerer, Tyler Cufley was the kid who took things apart—and almost always put them back together. Initially studying abstract algebra, he later discovered art in university, where the tactile and the abstract converged. As the co-founder of Plum Projects, Tyler brings a unique balance of strategic vision and meticulous attention to detail, driving projects forward while refining every element to perfection.

FOUNDER
With an MBA from University of Virginia, Darden School of Business, Amy Appleby brings essential expertise in business and marketing to the team. Drawn to MORY by her passion for design and a family legacy in the industry—her background includes one of the world’s largest cabinet and furniture hardware companies, Titus Group. Amy’s leadership is defined by her focus on collaboration and team building, paired with a remarkable ability to drive processes, track trends, analyze market opportunities, and chart actionable paths forward.

Drew Daly
FOUNDER
With a background in visual art, Drew Daly co-founded Plum Projects LLC alongside Tyler Cufley. Now in its 15th year, Plum has evolved into a multidisciplinary company specializing in design, residential construction, and fabrication. Drew’s ability to balance artistry, design, and building expertise led to the founding of MORY, further expanding his commitment to innovative and thoughtful solutions.

Jonathan Junker
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Driven by a lifelong passion for design, innovation, and manufacturing, Jonathan Junker brings a diverse background spanning graphic design, architectural design, product design, and manufacturing. As an entrepreneur, he co-founded and led Graypants as executive director, transforming it from a small Seattle-based studio into an internationally recognized lighting company with operations in both the U.S. and the Netherlands. Now contributing his expertise to MORY, Jonathan continues to push the boundaries of thoughtful design and strategic market growth.

Mory is rooted in creative collaboration, and our Seattle showroom is a direct representation of that. Our doors are open to architects, designers, and artists, and our team is always happy to assist and brainstorm solutions.
